Between 5-6 March 2021 the University of Montpellier, in collaboration with the UNESCO, organized the Water4Future Hackathon, one of CHARM-EU’s pilot activities. The event was a hub for fruitful discussions, and inspired participants from all around the world to critically evaluate the pressing topics of water and sustainability.
In our latest podcast episode, hosted by Montpellier’s Elliott Cholet, you can hear an interesting discussion about the Water4Future Hackathon. We introduced the event from multiple perspectives, by interviewing Valérie Borrell, an organizer of the hackathon, and Hana Ben Mahrez, a PhD student from Eötvös Loránd University, and a member of the CHARM-EU team during the event.
The discussion highlights the achievements of the CHARM-EU team, and their ’Tree of life’ project. Furthermore, it discusses how the hackathon’s connection to CHARM-EU shaped the event.
