Staff Days at Hochschule Ruhr West University of Applied Sciences
Hochschule Ruhr West University of Applied Sciences is organising a 2-day staff training for Outgoing Coordinators or Student Advisors for Erasmus mobility.
The aim of this staff training is to increase the knowledge about our partner institutions in the alliance and their offers for our students, to provide you with more insights for your daily advising tasks.
The staff training will take place on May 20 – 21, 2025 at Hochschule Ruhr West (Ruhr West University of Applied Sciences) in Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany.
“I had the opportunity to attend a winter school on transformational leadership in inter-institutional higher education. It took place at Utrecht University and was organised by the Charm-EU network. The one-week winter school exceeded all my expectations. It was professionally enriching, a great opportunity to benchmark with colleagues and simply very fun.”
Peter Nynäs

“I took part in a week-long Winter School on Transformational leadership in inter-institutional higher education organised by CHARM-EU at Utrecht University. The school gave me invaluable insights into how to successfully lead major international educational initiatives. I have already found much of the information to be of high practical use in my work as Dean. In particular, I appreciated the expertise and experience shared by the lecturers and other participants in the program.”
Patrik Henelius

“Very good cross dissemination event in the Workshop on AI for Software Engineering offered by JMU in Würzburg, October 2024, with a mix of industry and research presentations. Opened up new paths to research and collaboration.”
