Are you passionate about building a sustainable future? Do you dream of tackling the world’s most pressing challenges with innovative solutions? If so, join the CHARM-EU’s master’s programme in Global Challenges for Sustainability September 2024 Edition! This is your last chance to apply! The application is open from April 8th to April 30th or when the programme is full.
This master’s programme offers students a unique international learning opportunity employing innovative pedagogical approaches and mechanisms to engage staff and students of diverse backgrounds and disciplines. Active engagement with an extended network of academic experts and extra-academic actors increases the potential development and employability of our graduates.
The 18-month master’s programme is divided into three consecutive phases:
a preparatory phase including modules on sustainability, social innovation and transdisciplinary research
a flexible phase consisting of transdisciplinary modules related to water, food or life and health
a capstone phase involving an analysis of a sustainability challenge in collaboration with external stakeholders.
Mobility is a comprehensively integrated aspect of the programme and hence the course combines a variety of mobility options: switching campuses from one phase to the other, short mobilities within the phase and virtual mobility.
The degree is accredited and jointly awarded by the CHARM-EU alliance institutions that provide the master: University of Barcelona, Trinity College Dublin, Utrecht University, Eötvös Loránd University and University of Montpellier.
