The first CHARM-EU progress report aims to provide an overview of the current state of the
CHARM (CHallenge-driven, Accessible, Research-based, Mobile) European University
project and the progress made towards its implementation in the period between 1 November
2019 and 29 February 2020 (before the COVID-19 crisis). In order to measure and
acknowledge the impact of CHARM-EU activities during this period, this report offers an
assessment of three key areas: impact and sustainability, the activities and their outcomes,
and the dissemination actions carried out. A set of indicators on the project management as
well as different documents produced during this period also contributes to display the
progress of CHARM-EU from its beginning.
