Internship description

The IMGT/CLL-DB group is a joint academic initiative between IMGT® and ERIC, The European Research Initiative on CLL (http://www.ericll.org/), devoid of any commercial interest. Its primary aim is to develop and maintain a database with immunogenetic data from patients with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) attended at academic institutions, to foster high-quality collaborative research on CLL and related disorders. The database system specifications fulfill the storage requirements in order to efficiently manage the continuously increasing amount of data collected and stored into the database. The main outlet for the IMGT/CLL-DB is a purpose-built interactive platform providing all data, information and knowledge to members in a user-friendly yet robust way.

In the internship, the intern will propose and implement a new relational database schema and develop a modern and dynamic interface. This new interface will include a login system and a administrator interface for internal use.
