Connecting Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Stakeholder Engagement Across Europe
The CHARM-EU Incubator Hub Network brings together students, researchers, entrepreneurs, innovators, and external stakeholders from across the CHARM-EU alliance to collaborate on addressing societal and sustainability challenges.
Rather than operating as a single physical incubator, the network connects existing expertise, innovation ecosystems, entrepreneurship support structures, and stakeholder communities across the partner universities. This network-based approach enables participants to benefit from a broad European community while remaining embedded within their local and regional innovation environments.
The Incubator Hub Network aims to foster entrepreneurial thinking, support innovation-driven collaboration, and create opportunities for students, staff, researchers, start-ups, and external stakeholders to engage with one another. Through a portfolio of activities, the network strengthens the connection between education, research, innovation, and societal impact.

Activities are designed to:

OUR ACTIVITIES
CHARM-DEN: A European Pitching Event for Innovation and Entrepreneurship
CHARM-DEN is the flagship pitching competition of the CHARM-EU Incubator Hub Network. The event brings together students, researchers, alumni, entrepreneurs, and start-ups from across the alliance to present innovative ideas and ventures to an international jury of experts.
Participants receive valuable feedback from experienced professionals, connect with peers from different countries and disciplines, and gain visibility for their projects within the wider CHARM-EU community.
The event promotes entrepreneurship, supports innovation-driven projects, and encourages the development of sustainable solutions to societal challenges.

The CHARM-EU Innovator’s Journey is a recurring seminar series that introduces participants to key topics in entrepreneurship, innovation, leadership, and sustainable venture creation.
Delivered by experts from across the CHARM-EU alliance and beyond, the seminars provide practical insights, stimulate discussion, and encourage participants to explore entrepreneurial approaches to addressing societal challenges.
The format combines expert perspectives with interaction and reflection, creating an accessible learning environment for students and staff interested in innovation and entrepreneurship.
