The Concept Note discusses the importance of mobility within the CHARM-EU Alliance and in the European Education Area, provides a wide overview of the conceptual considerations of WP5 regarding the aims and goals of mobility embedded within all phases of curricula development and teaching & learning strategies. Furthermore, it gives an insight into the innovative elements of the Mobility Matrix System, provides some funding considerations to the successor of the European Commission’s Erasmus+ Programme, while discusses in detail the use of the Mobility Matrix System both internally and externally. The document was shared with the European Commission in early 2020.
