Following the success of our first two Coordinators’ Staff Week this past years, the International Office of the Faculty of Law at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) is pleased to announce the 3rd edition of the event, scheduled for 23–27 February 2026 in Budapest, Hungary.

This initiative is part of the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) and aims to bring together colleagues involved in Erasmus+ mobility, international partnerships and services for international students to exchange good practices and strengthen cooperation. As a blended program, the Staff Week will consist of:

  • online group work sessions in January 2026, focusing on specific Erasmus+ topics, followed by
  • a one-week in-person event at ELTE’s Faculty of Law in Budapest in February 2026.

Topics discussed in our previous edition included:

  • management of various Erasmus+ mobility programs (including ICM, BIPs, and traineeships),
  • promotion of student and staff mobility,
  • inclusion of international students,
  • and Erasmus+ project coordination.

In addition, we hosted an International Fair for our prospective outgoing students, where participants introduced their home institutions – a highlight we plan to repeat next year as part of the on-site program.

We are now seeking participants from faculty or institutional international/study abroad offices who would be interested in joining our program, contributing to discussions and representing their institution at our international fair.

A range of social and networking events will also be included to enhance cultural exchange and community building.

To support our planning, we kindly ask interested colleagues to complete the preliminary application form by 20 November. A draft for endorsement will be shared with selected participants shortly thereafter.

Should you have any questions or require further details, please feel free to contact Mrs. Zsófia Werner at BIP@ajk.elte.hu
