The ED AFFICHE Mid-Term meeting “Syncing Achievements: Collaborative Solutions to Facilitate the Path to the European Degree Label” will bring together stakeholders from across Europe – educators, policy makers, and institutions- to address the complexities and obstacles related to the further development and rollout of the Joint European Degree Label.
What results have been generated up to this point? What additional paths can we investigate?
Attendees will explore the complexities of the Joint European Degree Label, analyzing its criteria, methods of verification, and the distinction between it as a qualification and a quality label. Additionally, they will discuss how this label will interact with external quality assurance and funding mechanisms. The members of the ED-AFFICHE consortium will particularly concentrate on addressing legal hurdles linked to joint degree programs. Through collaboration, the partners will work on formulating guidelines and recommendations, furnishing pragmatic answers to adeptly navigate these complexities. The objective of this meeting is to promote substantial advancement in the direction of the European Degree Label, nurturing cooperation and mutual understanding among all involved participants.
