On Tuesday, 22 October 2024, The League of European Research Universities (LERU) will present its paper entitled ‘Communicating with integrity – supporting researchers with best practice in communication’, during an online launch event. We kindly invite you to join us.
Communicating research findings is a central part of the mission of researchers and research institutions. Such communication can only truly be effective if research communications are trusted. Such trust can be impacted by poor quality science communication, including a lack of openness, over-hyping findings or failure to communicate uncertainty. So, how can research institutions support their researchers in communicating research results effectively and with integrity? And what can researchers do to ensure that their communications cover relevant points for communicating with integrity? This, and more, will be discussed during the online launch event of the paper on Tuesday, 22 October 2024, at 11:00 (CEST).
