The event gathered international education leaders from around the world in Washington, DC to discuss and rethink Comprehensive Internationalization and the leaders’ roles in meeting the expectations of the global generation.
The Association of International Education Administrators (AIEA) 2020 Annual Conference took place in 16-19 February 2020. A CHARM-EU delegation represented by Meritxell Chaves, Alliance Manager and Ramon Ellenbroek, Project Manager at Utrecht University participated on the session “European Universities Networks: the Next Step in Internationalisation?” where they discussed about the role of European universities and the impact in the Higher Education landscape. CHARM-EU was introduced as a best-practice case, including its unique selling points and its main governance and management model.
The AIEA Annual Conference is an important international event for those leading international education at higher education institutions to discuss about internationalization of education and exchange knowledge on different topis as well as to build synergies within the sector.
