The aim of the course is for students to learn about children’s rights, the history of children’s rights such as the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (1989)(CRC). The focus of the course is the European Union strategy on the rights of the child (2021-24) and
its thematic areas. Students’ independent work and group work are particularly important.
