Insights from CHARM-EU Students at the UN's Regional Academy
Last autumn, four students from the CHARM-EU Master’s in Global Challenges for Sustainability —Anouk Kelhout, Liv Angerer, Melissa Dachrodt, and Sophia Healy— were selected to participate in the prestigious 2023 Regional Academy for United Nations (RAUN). The programme concluded in April 2024 with a three-day conference at the UN Headquarters in Vienna.
Driving multi-level impact and building the CHARM-EU R&I dimension: showcasing the achievements of the TORCH project
Kick-starting the development of the research arm of CHARM-EU, TORCH was working on the development of joint research plans and the assessment of good practices in various areas of responsible research and innovation. This article summarises the key results of TORCH, highlighting the multi-level impact of the project and providing a glance into the future of R&I in CHARM-EU.
Insights from the European Student Assembly 2024
The European Student Assembly (ESA24) took place in Strasbourg from April 10th to 12th bringing together students from all the European University alliances. This dynamic assembly serves as an essential platform for students to actively participate in discussions on critical European matters, offering them a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of dialogue, as they draft policy recommendations and advocate for change. CHARM-EU has recently had the chance to ask to some students from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise within the alliance universities about their experience.
CHARM-EU students publish conservation magazine
Students in CHARM-EU's Master's in Global Challenges for Sustainability have published Conservation Conversations, an online magazine which chronicles their Capstone project in South Africa.
