ntext \n Based on the institutional Open Science Survey and Gap Analys
is of the partners carried out in the frame of the Alliance’s R&amp\;I-f
ocused TORCH project\, a central method to make Open Science practices ma
instream is by offering skills training for all areas of Open Science an
d tailoring it to groups of staff and students. This is also in compliance
with the CHARM-EU Open Science Policy draft recognizing the need for info
rmation courses concerning all areas of Open Science.Therefore\, the aim o
f this hybrid training is to develop a training plan that can become an i
ntegrated part of university practices and to further develop the policy d
ocuments based on the feedback of participants. During the Second CHARM
-EU Open Science Day\, academics will share their experience in various fi
elds connected to Open Science\, especially on institutional support and
 open access publication.
