 ontiers
DESCRIPTION:Hosted by the Université de Toulouse and la Région Occitan
 ie\, this event is designed to explore why and how European Universities
  alliances build strategic partnerships with universities and stakeholder
 s beyond the European Union.Across the sessions\, European Universities al
 liances will discuss their internationalisation strategies and approaches
  and present case studies about how alliances can forge successful intern
 ational connections.Internationalisation is set as one of the key policy o
 bjectives for the European Universities alliances with the ambition to co
 ntribute to European attractiveness and competitiveness. This event aims 
 to facilitate dialogue between Alliances\, Non-European Higher Education 
 Institutions and European\, national and regional policymakers to explore 
 which are the current state of play and the possible pathways of alliance
 s’ internationalisation.Beyond a first plenary session\, the event will 
 feature two focus sessions to deepen the understanding of collaborative o
 pportunities in two key regions. First\, participants will discuss ongoin
 g and future collaborations with Ukraine partners in the context of the wa
 r and post-war reconstruction context. Then\, the discussion will focus on
