DESCRIPTION:This event is organised by EUNICoast - The European University 
 of Islands\, Ports and Coastal Territories\, not CHARM-EU. You can find mo
 re information on their website here.\n\nEUNICoast is hosting its first in
 ternational conference this autumn\, and we would be delighted to welcome 
 colleagues from across the FOREU4ALL community.\n\nInter-Alliance AI Labor
 atory: Education\, Research\, Practice\n&#x1f4c5\; 4–6 November 2026 | 
 Université Le Havre Normandie\, Le Havre\, France\n\nThe conference is de
 signed as an inter-alliance event. Over three days\, students\, teachers\,
  researchers\, and institutional leaders from EUNICoast and partner Europe
 an university alliances will explore a shared challenge:\nHow do we integr
 ate Artificial Intelligence into higher education responsibly\, practicall
 y\, and collectively?\n\nThe programme covers AI in teaching and learning 
 (4 November)\, AI policy and sovereignty\, including the EU AI Act (5 Nove
 mber)\, and AI in research across coastal and maritime dimensions (6 Novem
 ber).\nPoster sessions run across all three days and are open to all allia

 ion are also open until 31 August 2026\n\n 	Call for Papers (Abstract Sub
 mission): Researchers\, academics\, Master's and PhD students\, and instit
 utional contributors are invited to submit abstracts connected to AI and t
 he five EUNICoast thematic areas: coastal heritage and local knowledge\, b
 lue circular economy and port logistics\, governance and planning of coast
 al communities\, health and biodiversity\, and engineered solutions for co
 astal infrastructures. Selected contributions will be presented on 6 Novem
 ber. Submit your abstract\n 	Call for Contributions (Inter-Alliance AI Cha
 llenge Labs): Participants are invited to propose a concrete AI-related ch
 allenge currently faced within their alliance\, institution\, or professio
 nal environment\, whether in teaching\, research\, governance\, student se
 rvices\, or collaboration practices. Selected challenges will be developed
  in parallel sessions on 4 November and may contribute to a post-conferenc
 e edited volume on AI in higher education. Submit your contribution\n\nWe
