DESCRIPTION:How can we learn more systematically from our teaching? How can
  we generate evidence about student learning while contributing to educati
 onal innovation across Europe? The Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (
 SoTL) offers a framework for investigating questions about teaching and st
 udent learning in a systematic\, evidence-informed\, and scholarly way. Ac
 ross Europe\, related concepts are known under different names\, including

 teractive online workshop invites academic staff from all CHARM-EU univers
 ities to discover how SoTL can support their professional development\, en
 hance student learning\, and strengthen a shared European culture of educa
 tional innovation. Whether you are new to SoTL or already exploring eviden
 ce-informed teaching\, this session will provide practical tools and inspi
 ration for your own teaching context.During the two-hour webinar\, partici
 pants will:explore the foundations and purpose of SoTL\;identify teaching 
 and learning questions that can be investigated systematically\;become fam
 iliar with common SoTL approaches and examples from CHARM-EU institutions\
 ;reflect on challenges and opportunities arising from diverse disciplinary
 \, cultural\, and educational contexts\;develop an initial idea for a pote
