DESCRIPTION:The online SPHERE seminar aims to provide participants with ins
 ights into the policy and practice of the European Universities Initiative
  (EUI) through panel discussions and case studies. While focusing on the E
 UI and its alliances\, the seminar also invites discussions on current Eur
 opean higher education policy and the Bologna Process commitments\, target
 ing those involved in higher education policy-making at all experience lev
 els.\n\nThis online SPHERE seminar will provide participants with an oppor
 tunity to learn about and discuss the policy and practice aspects of the E
 UI in plenary discussions and smaller workshop sessions. It will examine t
 he ramifications for the HERE countries and their respective policy proces
 ses related to internationalisation of the higher education sector\, inter
 national partnerships and cooperation with the EU.\n\nCHARM-EU Secretary G
 eneral\, Meritxell Chaves\, will participate at the session about Quality 
 Assurance in inter-institutional collaboration from 12:00 to 13:00 with Ma
 ria Kelo\, Director of Institutional Development from the EUA and Sophia K
