 liances (CoA #3)
DESCRIPTION:\n\nThis event is organised by the European Students' Union\, n
 ot CHARM-EU. You can find more information on their website here.\n\nStude
 nt Representatives of the European University Alliances\, save the date fo
 r the 3rd Edition of the ESU Conference of the Student Bodies of the Allia
 nces (CoA 03)\, taking place from 1 May to 5 May 2026 in Malta. This year'
 s edition will be proudly hosted by KSU - Kunsill Studenti Universitarji\,
  the national student council of Malta.\n\n\nRegistrations open\n\n\nThis 
 year’s conference will focus on the theme “Leading Together: Strengthe
 ning Student Communities and Leadership Across Europe”\, bringing togeth
 er student representatives from across European University Alliances. To a
 ttend this conference\, all participants are kindly asked to complete the 
 following registration form: https://forms.gle/UqKVHZuNqiaxLtrj9.\n\nThe
  registration deadline is 31st March 2026. Please note that registration i
 s only considered valid upon completion of the form. Confirmations will be
  processed manually depending on the number of registrations. Therefore\, 
 invoices for payment will be processed after registrations are confirmed\;
  this may take up to 4 weeks after the registration deadline.\n\nInitiall
 y\, a maximum of one student delegate per alliance will be accepted. Dep
 ending on availability\, up to two additional students (for a total of thr
 ee) may be confirmed after the registration deadline. Participants are res
 ponsible for arranging their own travel to Malta. Further practical inform
 ation regarding the venue\, programme\, and accommodation will be shared i
 n due course.\n\nParticipation fees vary depending on whether or not an a
 lliance's student body is part of ESU's Conference of Alliances\, as foll
 ows:\n\n 	1st delegate – €200 (for CoA members) / €250\n 	2nd delega
 te – €250 (for CoA members) / €300\n 	3rd delegate – €300 (for C
 oA members) / €350\n\nTo ensure that participants are well-prepared for 
 the discussions and outcomes of the Conference of the Student Bodies of th
 e Alliances (CoA #3) in May\, ESU is organising a series of online trainin
 gs and thematic sessions before and after the event. These will be shared
  separately to the student representatives.\n\nIf you have any questions o

 ce of the Alliances (CoA)\nThe Conference of the Alliances (CoA) is a stud
 ent-led international gathering that brings together student bodies from U
 niversity Alliances across Europe. It serves as a key space within the Eur
 opean student movement to:\n\n 	Strengthen cooperation among alliances\n 	
 Exchange best practices\n 	Coordinate joint advocacy on European higher ed
 ucation policies\n 	Shape common priorities at the European level\n\nAlong
 side important discussions and strategic work\, participants can expect en
 gaging sessions\, valuable networking opportunities\, and the vibrant atmo
