 ion of our unique Spring School. It sets itself apart from traditional lea
 dership programmes by focusing on a strategic area in higher education: in

 g your leadership skills together with peers from a range of different Eur

 rs in higher education institutions involved in:Higher Education Managemen
 t\, (e.g. Heads of Schools\, Heads of Departments\, Directors of Education
 \, Associate Deans\, Programme Directors\, Educational Governance Board me
 mbers).Initiating\, building or managing (projects in) European University
  Alliances and/or other inter-institutional collaborations.We specifically
