DESCRIPTION:An intensive two-day collaborative workshop designed for CHARM-
 EU Communication Managers to move beyond information sharing toward deep c
 ommunity integration. Participants will co-create three concrete actions t
 o strengthen the bond between the Alliance and its students and staff. By 
 focusing on participation and dialogue\, this session aims to foster a sha
 red sense of ownership and ensure the long-term sustainability of CHARM-EU
