DESCRIPTION:\n\nAll interested participants are cordially invited to the on
 line CHARM-EU conference on 13 January from 9:30 to 15:00. The theme of th
 e annual conference is "European Universities’ cooperation: towards sust
 ainable transdisciplinary partnerships." Register now here. \n\n\nCoopera
 tion in higher education is becoming increasingly relevant to enhance sust
 ainable innovation\, digital transformation\, citizens' well-being\, equit
 able and inclusive societies and economic development. The annual CHARM-EU
  conference will provide a platform to strengthen strategic partnerships b
 etween higher education institutions across the EU.\n\nThe programme of th
 e CHARM-EU conference consists of three plenary sessions:\n\n 	Innovation 
 and trends in HE: setting the framework and looking forward.\n\n\n 	Europe
 an universities and current developments in HE: an introduction to the the
 matic sessions (Education\, Institutional Innovation\,Governance\, Digital
 isation and Student perspective)\n\n\n 	Advancing education for sustainabl
 e development\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nIn addition\, there will be thematic break-out
  sessions on the following six themes: education\; institutional innovatio
 n\; governance\; digitalisation\; expanded network and student perspective
 \n\nAn online cultural event\, organised by Utrecht University\, is also p
 art of the programme.\n\nDue to the concerns about the coronavirus outbrea
 k\, the CHARM-EU conference will be held virtually\, coordinated from Utre
