SUMMARY:European Students' Union Conference of the Student Bodies of the Al
 liances (CoA #3)
DESCRIPTION:															\n		This event is organised by the European Stud
 ents' Union\, not CHARM-EU. You can find more information on their website
  here.Student Representatives of the European University Alliances\, save 
 the date for the 3rd Edition of the ESU Conference of the Student Bodies o
 f the Alliances (CoA 03)\, taking place from 1 May to 5 May 2026 in Malta.
  This year's edition will be proudly hosted by KSU - Kunsill Studenti Univ
 ersitarji\, the national student council of Malta.		\n					\n									Regi
 strations open\n					\n		 This year’s conference will focus on the them
 e “Leading Together: Strengthening Student Communities and Leadership Ac
 ross Europe”\, bringing together student representatives from across Eur
 opean University Alliances. To attend this conference\, all participants a
 re kindly asked to complete the following registration form: https://for
 ms.gle/UqKVHZuNqiaxLtrj9.The registration deadline is 31st March 2026. Ple
 ase note that registration is only considered valid upon completion of the
  form. Confirmations will be processed manually depending on the number of
  registrations. Therefore\, invoices for payment will be processed after r
 egistrations are confirmed\; this may take up to 4 weeks after the regist
 ration deadline.Initially\, a maximum of one student delegate per allian
 ce will be accepted. Depending on availability\, up to two additional stud
 ents (for a total of three) may be confirmed after the registration deadli
 ne. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to Malta. 
 Further practical information regarding the venue\, programme\, and accomm
 odation will be shared in due course.Participation fees vary depending on
  whether or not an alliance's student body is part of ESU's Conference of
  Alliances\, as follows:1st delegate – €200 (for CoA members) / €250
 2nd delegate – €250 (for CoA members) / €3003rd delegate – €300 
 (for CoA members) / €350 To ensure that participants are well-prepared 
 for the discussions and outcomes of the Conference of the Student Bodies o
 f the Alliances (CoA #3) in May\, ESU is organising a series of online tra
 inings and thematic sessions before and after the event. These will be sh
 ared separately to the student representatives. If you have any questions
