DESCRIPTION:All interested participants are cordially invited to the online CHARM-EU conference on 13 January from 9:30 to 15:00. The theme of the annual conference is “European Universities’ cooperation: towards sustainable transdisciplinary partnerships.” Register now here.  \n\nCooperation in higher education is becoming increasingly relevant to enhance sustainable innovation\, digital transformation\, citizens’ well-being\, equitable and inclusive societies and economic development. The annual CHARM-EU conference will provide a platform to strengthen strategic partnerships between higher education institutions across the EU. \nThe programme of the CHARM-EU conference consists of three plenary sessions: \n\nInnovation and trends in HE: setting the framework and looking forward.\n\n\nEuropean universities and current developments in HE: an introduction to the thematic sessions (Education\, Institutional Innovation\,Governance\, Digitalisation and Student perspective)\n\n\nAdvancing education for sustainable development\n\n  \nIn addition\, there will be thematic break-out sessions on the following six themes: education; institutional innovation; governance; digitalisation; expanded network and student perspective \nAn online cultural event\, organised by Utrecht University\, is also part of the programme. \nDue to the concerns about the coronavirus outbreak\, the CHARM-EU conference will be held virtually\, coordinated from Utrecht University.  \nDownload the agenda here.

DESCRIPTION:CHARM-EU is working towards creating a university where addressing critical questions in sustainability\, and creating a one-of-a-kind educational model is key! In the creation of CHARM-EU\, we feel that it is crucial to involve a variety of external stakeholders\, and to include their invaluable feedback and suggestions. \nWe invite you and your organization to join our Knowledge Creating Teams (KCTs) and participate in a variety of activities\, such as our very first World Cafe on the 7th of September\, 2021. \nThe World Café is a CHARM-EU initiative with the aim to define problem spaces and challenges to work with in the final phase of the Master’s in Global Challenges for Sustainability and will contribute both to the students’ learning process as well as the impact and involvement of society in European Higher Education. \nTo join our KCT database and have the opportunity to participate in our World Café and other interesting events follow this link and fill out our registration form.
